Toys came out in 1992 and stars Robin Williams. This film was directed by Barry Levinson.

The summary of this movie is that a fun-loving inventor must stop his evil uncle, a war mongering general who builds weapons disguised as toys.

For me the movie was just okay. The story line wasn't all that great and the acting seemed a little dull. But the one thing that was great were the sets. They were unique and some were beautiful giving this movie a feel that will forever be it's own.

Robin Williams played his part well, even though his part was strange, but we all know Robin Willams as strange. He is an excellent actor in my opinion and will always be one of my favorites, right up there with Jim Carry and Jacky Chan.

This film is certainly a great show of making the most of your technology of your time.

So my opinion of this movie is, The sets were unique but the film over all seemed a little dull. But my opinion on my opinion is, I'm probably too use to the modern films.
